These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pin My Dance website and map ("PMD", "we", "our"). By using PMD, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Pin My Dance is

PMD is an online map and directory for dance-related locations and events, listing studios, schools, clubs, teams, social parties, workshops, festivals and venues. We do not own or operate the listed organisations and we are not a booking or ticketing platform.

Use of the site

When using PMD, you agree not to:

Interfere with or disrupt the website, servers or networks
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
Scrape or mass-download content in a way that harms performance or violates these Terms
Misuse the site for spam, abuse or illegal activity

We may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse or security issues.

Information and accuracy

Data on PMD comes from public sources, organiser submissions and community contributions. We try to keep it current but cannot guarantee every detail is accurate.

Typical issues include: addresses change, map markers may be approximate, schedules and prices change, events may be cancelled or moved.

PMD is provided for general information only; always verify details directly with the studio, organizer or venue.

No booking, no agency

PMD does not sell tickets, handle payments, bookings, cancellations or refunds. We are not an agent or partner of listed organisations. All contracts, bookings and transactions are between users and organisers/venues.

User submissions

If you submit information to PMD:

Information should be accurate and up to date
You must have the right to share any text or images
Content must not infringe rights or break laws

By submitting content, you grant PMD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, adapt and store it in connection with the service.

We may edit, hide or remove inappropriate or incorrect content.

Intellectual property

Site design, branding, map configuration and database structure are owned by or licensed to us.

You may browse and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Without written permission, you may not:

Copy or export substantial parts of the database
Resell content
Reverse-engineer or clone the service

Third-party sites and services

PMD links to external websites (studio sites, ticketing platforms, social media, map providers). We are not responsible for their content, policies or services. Use them at your own risk and under their terms and policies.

Limitation of liability

PMD is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees of uptime, error-free operation or complete security.

We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use or inability to use PMD, including damages related to visiting studios or events found via the site.

Changes and contact

We may update PMD and these Terms over time. Using PMD after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
